ParticipantI have, mostly sites like OKCupid or occasionally POF, but have always struggled holding conversations with people there

EwoudKeymasterI am on OKC which is pretty good to my standards but I seem to have the same as you with people there.

EwoudKeymasterOh, and I am currently having a very interesting conversation that already lasts 2 weeks with someone from Tinder out of all places. 😉

ParticipantI tried Tinder for like 2 weeks. There were 2 guys who weren’t trying to come off like a douchey-macho guy who I had a short conversation with, but from the one guy I just had to drag everything out of him instead of him just trying to have a natural conversation… and by the time I started talking to the second guy, my short period of romantic interest was already over and I was back to being satisfied by myself like usual 🙂

ParticipantI’ve tried Tinder before, it’s told me that someone has liked me twice or three times, but would never go on and tell me who exactly that person was 😛

EwoudKeymasterThis site is growing slowly but steadily with real users! That’s an important thing. Most dating sites are filled with fake users and cost a pack if you want to send a message. Here all is free…

MemberI have tried so many dating sites: okcupid, pof, match, eharmony, veggiedate, yahoo personals, even tried to connect with people through myspace, livejournal and craigslist.
At the time I did not realize I am aspie, so was probably too eager or too nice.
I don’t think I will ever actively try to meet another person for a long term relationship again. It’s just too painful, I keep getting hurt…
I think I will just have friends.. and work on myself.

PokesomiParticipanti have tried just about all of them and am currently on tinder, but not getting much if any traction there, kinda frustrating and disheartening. Am about ready to give up on dating and suffer in silence
