How to reveal a fake profile:
Right click the profile picture of the account in question > click “copy image” > go to google.com > click the camera for “search by image” > right click the text field that says “paste image link” > click “paste” > click “search” > click “find image source” > on the right, it will show the other places on the internet where this image exists i.e. accounts of the real person in the picture

Oh people use google images as a profile pic, is that what you mean?
Not necessarily, but you can see if that image exists elsewhere on the internet to hopefully find the REAL person in the photo. If it’s a fake profile, the real person in the photo will probably be a famous model or influencer, like the example I gave above.
