Routine goes the distance for me. It is the peace keeper. Like to know what I am doing, when, where. I can budget the time I have on hand so everything is met. It is also important because, it represents the only thing left to value or chase.
Really need that motivation, knowing I have something to look forward too.
With Routine you can schedule your dopamine fixes. So even if your stressed for time, you know in X amount of time the price of wearing this mask is up and your rewarded. The reward is doing said thing you have been looking forward to all that time. Absent communication, you just get to be you. Hell yeah.
Absent that, no motivation. That’s not a fun weight to carry.
