in the long term an NT and an aspie’s social tendencies may ware on each other. the NT may become discontent from the emotional distance of an aspie while an aspie may find the NTs desire for consistent closeness to be uncomfortable and an invasion of their space.

it’s not an impossible pairing but it’s not an easy one and certainly much harder than relationships are already between matching neurotypes.
