I think social media isn’t really set up to help us be our best selves, so it’s understandable to make mistakes. I suppose if you know what your weaknesses or trigger points are then you can set up some sort of system – eg pause before responding to something – that allows you the time to make the choice you would later wish you had made if you just reacted instead.
